My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I found it on Build.com. I don't recall the manufacturer, but I do remember it was SO reasonable! You can go on their website and filter: bathroom lighting, 2 lights, chrome finish, and under $150. Good luck!
