These glass blocks were purchased new.....lots of styles and manufacturers to choose from. I think these came from Pittsburgh Corning.

Janice, Jeff seems to be right. These blocks are from Pittsburgh Corning, who are now out of the glass block business. There are other manufacturers though in case you still wanted to replicate this idea.
