My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

-upper half (e.i.f.s. or stucco)?
-window trim?
-band board

    Thank you.

    Yes it is stucco by Synergy Stucco & the colour is called: Grey Cloud. Band and window trim, I think is a fiber-cement board painted with Benjamin Moore OC-38 Acadia White & the column is engineered board resembling wood to showcase the joints and painted to match window trim & band. Hope this helps

    I'm not sure, I only know that this is a high quality product used by my stucco guy, who is licensed to use the product. Link should inform you more about product
