My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You can probably go to a local carpet store and have one made to your specific dimensions. They can make an area rug of any size out of any material you choose, including the fabric border. If you want to look on-line, try www.rugs-direct.com. They seem to be reasonably priced and have a large variety.
