Meet our new Little (big) Flower!

I am thrilled to introduce our newest addition to the family, Poppie!

She definitely loves ALL things soft and fluffy! And Sam has done a marvelous job showing her the ropes of afternoon siestas.

I think my cavity count just went up!!

And she LOVES the backyard and all there is to explore...and when she is done

exploring, she loves to join Sam for some relaxing rays!

She is such a love bug and will kiss your makeup right off your face, has the cutest little snores you have ever heard and just EXUDES joy, There just couldn't be a more perfect match for Sam!! His wag and his smile are back and we are all just smitten!!

Great pictures. She certainly has made herself at home! Is that 3 pups for you now? What a nice yard for them to roam and run. And swim!

Annztoo - we found Poppie through one of our local rescues - I've had my eye on her for several weeks and somehow just KNEW she was our baby!

Socks- Thank you!! we all love our yard and pool although the "kids" don't like to swim but do a great job playing lifeguard when we are in.

We lost our sweet 15 1/2 year old Tasha in July and Sam ( and us) took it really hard. We knew we couldn't wait too long to find him a buddy and it has been SOOO good for him. He lost his precious sister and gained a much adored girlfriend ( grin)

He loves to nibble on her - we call it Poppie on the cob and she loves it too.

what a lovey!. I'm so glad she's found such a wonderful loving home and you've found such a perfect addition to your family. You've not only given Sam a much needed companion in a secure and loving home, but I believe you've honored Tasha's memory by doing so. Congrats!

BTW, love the yawning by the pool pic!. It's going to be a tough life!!
