Need help with my stairwell please

Hi, I need help designing my stairwell. It has a large window, I was wondering whether to use a curtain/blind for it. Also, what should I do with the rest of the space.

I wouldn't do any window treatments. but you could find a millwork guy to trim it out. I can't see the rest of the space and don't know the style so I can't recommend anything for stair steps or railing.

You can easily frame the window out with molding at 45 degree angles. A fab chandelier in the stair well will give the space some pizazz. I don't know your design style but make the chandelier a statement. A decent price...

Notice in this photo the window has molding on the top, sides and bottom of the window.

Thank you both, I appreciate the help. The moulding idea sounds great, I'll go with that. Also, I have a chandelier that'll fit nicely over the stairwell. I will upload photos when everything gets completed.
