My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Building Height and IRC Design

I am looking to build this same plan here in Colorado and want to see what the building height is as well as if it was designed to the 2015 IRC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    35' max ridge height. 2012 IRC. Wecould price out 2015 if you needed that. If you build it we'd love to feature your home.
