Can you try opening Safari on your iPad and typing houzz://reset and then taping Go. Follow the prompts, then log back in and see if that resolves the issue for you.

Don't worry. All your saved content will be there when you log back in.

I am having this problem for the last 2 to 3 weeks now. Will Houzz be addressing this in an update to the app? Thank you.

This did not work for me. The error message says "address is not valid." I did try entering www.houzz://reset as well.

nking43, try it without the "www." I did that in a new safari window, then went back to the app, not the webpage. It worked for me, but it is a pain to have to do it each time I reopen the app. That is why I am hoping they will put out an update for the app with a fix.

Thanks ... This time it worked!
