i just reached home from my travel and opened the pack. One end of the frame is broken. Please let me know the procedure for replacement

    the item was delivered in July and now it is September ,we are sorry but it beyond the return/ replacement period as you are supposed to notify us immediately of any damage.

    I was travelling and just returned and it is a very expensive item. Just look at the picture and you will be able to decide

    i understand but there is a time period that we have to adhere to as per shipping policies, the best option is to get it repaired
