Can this be used in a screened in deck

I love this chandelier for am building a screened in deck and wanted to use that area. Although the area will be screened in, there may be times when rain blows in, snow blows in and since I live in DC area, it will be very cold in the winter. Can this chandelier withstand those elements. Thank you
