Not sure what your question is but that whole set up is very dated and cluttered

I've got to agree with these guys, for me the problem is that it's missing nothing. It's incredibly busy. The two stands are bad pieces of furniture because they're asking you to put your stuff all over them, and clutter can never suit their sleek kind of design. Sorry to be so damning.

I agree with all the above comments. In addition you should introduce some color into the space.

I have to agree, get rid of the shelves including the tv stand, craigslist, garage sale, donate. find a tv console, I love the pictures beverly posted. pick your favorite things of the shelf and edit, you can even rotate them.

I think for me it's a toss up between this one and image #2.

I agree in selling the ladder shelves. The most recent image you posted seems to coincide with what you have now but it is broken up and less cluttered.

In the meantime, while you're waiting to actually implement one of these wonderful options offered, I would suggest at the very least removing one of the side units. It will fit a little better on the wall and you will have slightly less clutter.
