Regaldozeer - What season are you in there now, autumn; winter?

If the potting mix looks OK, I would leave it. Don't divide the pups but give a bit of foliar fertilser alternated with some seaweed tonic of some type.

These two pups have been drawing their nourishment from the Mother plant until this time and now that she's gone they need a bit of help to make up into plants themselves. That mix looks a bit dry to me so give it a good water until the water runs right through and out the bottom of the pot. The mix should be just damp and not wet nor dry, so regulate your watering accordingly.

If you want to re-pot them, best to wait until spring when the temperatures are on the rise, but at this stage the pot is plenty large enough (probably a little too big)

Thank you, we are in the early stages of autumn. Daytime in the med 70's, nighttime in the upper 50's-60's. I'll need to bring them inside for the winter, just not sure when.

Regaldozeer - The reason asked that question is that I live in Australia, and although we sometimes get a few cold days during winter they are never below zero degrees C so no need to bring plants inside like in some countries.
