Lamp Bases to Pendant lights

Bought these dark brown lamp bases from Target and chalk painted them in Linen White and easily transformed them into pendant lights! Added a little bling inside around the bottom. Kitchen renovation still ongoing.

We purchased a pendant kit from Menards. It has the light gray wire, the plate for the ceiling and the new socket. We used the existing lamp base socket hole and inserted the contents of the new pendant socket into the hole. To get the bulb to appear farther down inside the cage, we inserted a painted white cut piece of a PVC pipe at the top over the ceramic looking new socket.
