Mixing cool and warm colors?!?

So, we just finished remodeling our guest bathroom like yesterday. The house is 1920, returning each room to the period, we tiled the floor in the bathroom a small matte white hex with light grey grout, the shower wall is matte white subway tile with white grout. The entire house is painted a monochrome bone white, including that bathroom pre-renovation. Did I just create a faux pas with mixing cool and warm colors? The new vanity is an old radio cabinet painted a neutral slate blue that can go either way (I think) with a white porcelain sink that sits atop. I'd hate to repaint and change the color just in that one small guest bathroom. Also, we are adding individual beadboard slats for a higher than usual wainscot that I had planned to paint all bone white as well.
