First year growing

Never good with names lol picked up 2 yellow varitys in spring at the local Hortaculture Society sale and then later a get jiggity at a shop during a 50% sale during the summer. That as of yet hasn't put out a scape so I've that to look forward to next year.

a question how well do daylillys do well in raised beds.

Daylilies will do well in raised beds as long as they get enough water. Raised beds tend to dry out faster than the ground around them, but you probably knew that. Since you are in 5b, you probably want to mulch them too for winter protection.

Daylilies here in my raised beds do much better than those planted in the ground because my native soil is heavy clay.

It was get jiggly lol my raised beds I put in the back of my yard which has alway been the wetter area I put 2 in one for flowers and seedlings the other for vega tables in square foot garden my wife loves the tomatoes and cucumber I've did my first ever pickles I myself canna eat the cukes or tomatoes raw as I'm allergic to them raw
