Trellis/screen

Hi, not sure if that's the proper term but how is that trellis/screen attached to the block wall? Also, where might I be able to find something similar?
In big need of exactly this!
Thanks!!

Exactly what we are looking for to hide the view of our neighbors' home. We could grow some evergreen vines. Yes! Thank you Sooooo much for posting this.

What a great idea! The iron and wire trellis can give privacy; and at the same time, it can give an interesting focal point in the yard.

I need this too! Need to hide the neighbor's RV! It's hideous looking out our windows and seeing their RV! This would be a vast improvement to our view

My neighbor cut down a tree that blocked their view of our yard- two story building on a rise. Now we have no privacy in our yard and we need to add 7 to 8 feet to the back fence. The wooden fence is about 6 feet high. I am wondering if we can fix a similar trellis to the fence with screws?

you can do this with cattle panels; not as heavy as what is pictured & would work fine on a wood fence. The panels overlap nicely so you can get just the height you need. But, be careful to leave at least a foot between the wood fence and the metal. I recommend putting gravel between the two for water drainage. use clamps with spacers to attach the panels to the wood to allow this space. Be careful what vine you use - some can be so prolific and heavy they can pull a wooden fence down (speaking from experience using jasmine)!

I've seen screens like this available from Bunnings; otherwise their are a few places that specialise in custom made screens. I've found a few online...

love the screen and want same because vines are the best solution for quick and beautiful privacy in Phoenix. Where can I source this or did you have them fabricated?

gbas - we garden in Southern California, not Florida, but we share your sun! This vine grows quickly here, but I'm not sure how it handles your water situation. Please consult your local awesome nursery. Lots of plant experts, and wonderful growers, in Florida.

How tall is this panel? Looks fantastic and want to do this in our back yard to screen a two story apt. complex that will be built in the field behind us in Santa Cruz, Ca. Thanks!!!
