My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would like info on flooring used. Is this on a foundation or slab on grade?

    wildlark that looks like site finished Oak planks in a Plain Sawn grain pattern. We sent a similar floor to a Houzz client in CA. They were on a slab so they needed Engineered Plank but they still wanted to finish on site. We sent the Engineered planks unfinished.

    Yes, it is red oak. You would need to check with your installer on what can be installed over concrete.
