Can anyone identify this blue flower? Is it a Tulip?

I am trying to create a mix of tulips: Queen of Night, Dreaming Maid, some white tulips. Then, I saw this picture and really liked the effect with the blue. I am looking for a blue flower similar to this picture. I thought maybe a blue hyacinth might be a good alternative?

I have looked at all kinds of Tulips, but haven't found anything like these blue ones. Does anyone know what these blue flowers might be or something similar that blooms in the spring?
