I am looking for bedside lamps and want something with "wow factor." (the lamps, table by chair, and bedding in the picture are all going as they are quite old.) I have a mahogany century dresser (the consulate) on opposite wall of the bed. Ive included a pic of my new Schoenbeck chandelier that I would like to coodorinate with my new bedside lamps. My question here is,, should the lamps be the same height of my headboard. In this case my end tables are very high, and a 33inch lamp per say would be higher than the headboard.

I am shopping on Houzz and would appreciate any input and lamp choices if you have one. I like Gold, chrystal bases with transitional or traditional feel.. thanks for your input!
