My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This piece is no longer manufactured. Maitland Smith (www.maitlandsmith.com) manufacturers an iron towel rack but it is much more ornate. I've had so many requests for the towel rack in the picture that I have designed a similar one for one of my furniture manufacturers. It should be released in 7/13. If you're interested send me an email and I'll let you know when it comes out. /d
