Picky stuff - I find under the counter microwaves to be difficult to use. However, I support getting the microwave off the counter. If you use it often, you might not like it under counter.

Your prep sink is way far away from your refrigerator and stove. I wonder if it would fit in the corner by the stove. But only you know how you plan to use the floorplan.

Thanks Thelma! I'm into the idea of drawer microwave having used them previously. I just can't stand the aesthetic of one on the counter, or integrated into an upper cabinet. I hear what you're saying about the fridge/prep sink length. I'm factoring in that there's still an acceptable sink/fridge/range triangle because of the location of the farm sink.
