How do I purchase replacement lamps for two of these older posts?

10 years ago
I moved into a house that had two of these (3 light) posts along with two single light posts. They are nice but old and not working so well if at all. They need new life. The previous owner left two replacement lamps for the tri-light posts along with one cap. This is not sufficient to replace all 6 needed. I also want to replace the single light ones. How do I go about getting the replacement lamps?
