Is there a problem with this plumie I just received?

Received a plumeria a few days ago from JJ and it's not quite right. Has some white spots, brown spots, some chew marks and a little bit of leaf wrinkling. I took the precaution of spraying this and all my cuttings and two other leafed plumies with Bayer right away. I'm new to this and don't know if my concern is valid. I'm growing under an LED.
