My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Corpse Flower blooming in Raleigh

Anyone in the Raleigh area or for those traveling in for the plant swap today you might want to include a visit to NC State campus to take a sniff of this monster flower. I went this morning and it is pretty spectacular.
