Both are entry level. I wouldn't pick either. Move up to at least middle grade. And get over the hang up with plywood. It isn't worth the added expense. Perfectly fine levels of construction are achieved with quality furniture board. As long as the construction methodology chosen for each type is correct, you will never seethe extra 20% spent on a box. You will see it in a better quality wood on the doors and face frames and a much better quality finish. As in buy a better quality cabinet to begin with.

As mentioned, I would not get hung-up on plywood. Just keep in mind that real wood doors/drawer solid painted are prone to cracking along the joints, this is usually not warranted. Most of our solid painted kitchens are done using one piece HDF (high density fiberboard), no joints, no cracks. There are also 5 piece HDF doors/drawers, though there is still the potential to crack it is less than real wood. Miter door/drawer construction is more prone versus mortise & tendon.
