My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The was fireplace was an existing feature we left in the home. The chimney surround was fabricated by the sheet metal contractor for the project.

    How was the cove lighting installed and hidden?

    The cove lighting is made from strip LED lights. They run along the top and bottom of a continuous wooden nailer and are powered at the ends. The trim is then applied over the nailer.
