I did not even make it that long, 54 sudden onset. so i thought about it very hard. i have hard time going down, reaching below my knees, above my head. reaching out especially if it is low too. I do not have lots of space. what we are doing is tearing out all the cabinets. installing 2 pantries at one end. I will use bottoms for things i can pick up with my grabber. We will have a double wall oven and a kitchen work table which i can roll around. when preparing a meal i roll it up L shaped to sink. so i can sit in my stool and cook and then wash up after myself. the walls will covered in pegboard and little hanging shelves to accomodate utensils and pots and pans. Under my cooking surface there will be shelves for individual cooking items, they have come a long way. 2 magnetic cooktops. 1 regular. a teakettle, a slowcooker etc. I will finally be able to reach everything. and have room to do so! and my husband will be able to get around too.
