My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the a floor plan available for review?

My son is building a new home in Georgia and I will occupy the garage apartment. I'm looking forward to a cozy cottage and artist work room. Is this a two apartment structure? I see two doorways but love the style.

    Unfortunately we do not offer plans as each design is custom to our clients needs. The upstairs living quarters is a single "apartment". The door on the right leads to the upstairs while the door on the left enters directly into the garage.
