Yes, this item may be returned within 14 days of receipt without penalty, and must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging. You can schedule a pickup by your local mail service (such as FedEx) and have it sent back to us directly from your home.

Also - when I schedule a pickup from a local mail service such as Fedex, do I have to pay anything for shipping it back? Or is that taken care of by Houzz since I will use a return label provided by you?
