I am looking for a home to build to downsize for retirement and live out in the country of Mississippi in the small town in which I grew up. I would like 1200 - 1500 square foot . I have to have a front porch and a back portico or deck . We want to enjoy the outside. We are looking for a plan with 2 baths ( one in master) . A fireplace with gas logs and the rest all electric .
