huge improvement. cool lights. good use of under cabinet lighting to brighten the corner and show off the countertop. it could use a cookie jar or coffee maker or something in the corner for staging.

On the wood flooring, we actually found the original heart pine intact under about 4 other layers of other flooring. We were able to refinish them and they came out very nice. It's neat because heart pine is basically impossible to come by today unless you find it reclaimed from another old building.

The lights are Allen and Roth. I think we got them at Lowe's for about $150 ea.

Nice work! Did you do the work or hire professionals? Hard to believe it's the same space. And another thing....where did cabinets come from and did you replace 'em yourself?
