Pretty spot. do you want to have something cover the glass or something low that stays below it? Those blue pots are pretty. I would get another blue and maybe a gold or green (say 3 of them) to put on the side brick wall. Jasmine (either Star Jasmine or Night Blooming Jasmine) on a trellis would be beautiful and smells wonderful. You could span the trellis across the bricks where those two bushes are and plant one or two. they grow rather quickly. Sansevieria is a good choice. I have those around my pond. almost no care and little watering. Succulent Elephant Bush is another one (put in a pot). Bamboo is nice but those leaves blow everywhere and make a mess.
