My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your interest in our Georgetown home design. The main level is 10'-1" and the upper level is 8'-1".

    Is the ceiling in the Kitchen also 10'1" or does it drop to 9'? Thanks so Much!

    The Kitchen ceiling is also 10'. You are seeing a bulkhead in the image.
