Looking at one corner is very hard to make a suggestion without knowing how this space relates to everything else in the room.

You demo'd and started building your new bathroom without accounting for this giant space? How do you know that the ideal layout doesn't involve moving things around to end up here?

Do you want a lovely free-standing tub? A storage bench under the window for getting dressed, with maybe a linen closet up against the shower?

Is that a framed wall next to where the vanity will be, or just a placeholder?

Agree that a floor plan will help. But man!
