Yes I am counting down the days! My painter sent an update, they have everything done and are painting the kitchen cabinets now and expect to be finished this week. He will be sending me some pics!! I am glad I hired him when I did as the hurricane slowed down the process a bit. I will post the pics once he sends them. Hope you had a good vacation :)

Had an awesome time. Spent a week with my sister, on the beach. Can't get any better!!

The sofa cover came. They sent the wrong size! It's ok though. Hubby hated it and I only slightly liked it :).

I guess we are back to hoping the blue sofa works in the room or purchasing a new one. Slipcovered is off the table. :)

I do expect pics from the painters this week!

Here is my original pic and the look I am leaning towards that was previously suggested by S Mistry if I am using the blue sofa. I should have pics soon from the painter so I can see how my sofa looks with the walls.
Soon I will be there in person and I can start shopping!!

I would say it's a combo of blue and teal. I am mostly just going from the pics too. I haven't owned it that long. I am hoping that since teal is blue and green and my Palladian blue walls are described as blue green grey, that they may compliment each other. Waiting anxiously for photos from the painters. :)

i don't think you can tell anything regarding paint until you are there. I am just trying to help with it. I clearly see a beautiful deep teal. so that is what we can run with. yours looked a little washed out, this is the correct rug?

Yes, I like those cushions. :) I want to recover my cane chairs with the Jacobean fabric that is in the pic. I will need a few cushions to match or compliment the fabric.

I am not sure about the rug because I had intended to get the west elm neutral wool rug, but that was with the slip cover.
If it goes with the blue sofa I may still purchase it??

I am just waiting until I get there and see what will go or I can posts pics once I have them and see if that helps.

I think you will have to see it in person. The Palladian Blue has a lot of green in it. We will have to see how it looks with the sofa. May come out all right!

paint looks great! The West Elm rug is an everyday value so it doesn't go on sale. If that's the rug you were leaning toward.

I like the cane back chair frame the color it is. It will be a nice contrast to the new fabric. And they sorta match the table tops.

Hi guys! We have arrived. Super busy with yard clean up from the hurricane. Not too much damage, just our awning which we were removing anyways and a few shingles missing that hubby will replace. Lots of broken branches and 50,000 pine cones to pick up!

We have done a few things to the house but just mostly rearranging the furniture the painters had move about.

I will post some pics as soon as I can, long days of yard work and my allergies are on full force.

Omg I am lmao, just noticed this!!! Hubby is decorating too. I did not do this! He must be trying to keep the basket in the living room! See the basket behind the chair and lamp on the table!
Omg now he is outside in the rain arranging the furniture on the patio, but oh no he put down my old indoor outdoor patio carpet I do not intend to use as it is bright turquoise and bright lime!!! All the furniture that was already here is brown wicker with cushions in burgundy and tan! Oh no he is still going moving the furniture! How do I tell him!

Lol it was a disaster diverted. He was planning another dump run and I guess he thought if he showed me it did not go that I would tell him yes throw it out. I had intended on donating it as it was brand new from the screened in porch of our old place. But it has rained the last few days so it was wet so he just took it to the dump. :( . I would have preferred to see it go to a bright turquoise loving home lol but he was in a hurry to get rid of it. Lol here I thought he was setting it up to keep it!
