Presuming this is inside the house, how about a wine rack in the nook? Or simply a stunning tall vase or sculpture?

This is an indoor area. We will be having glass panel with wooden handle for staircase later on so this space will look narrower after. I quite like having the wine rack provided it's facing out becos there's no way we could walk into that space sideways. Also another issue with it is the height of the building becos we have 3 floors, after having the staircase handle installed, we will have this long hollow space all the way to 3rd flr, i.e. I can see all the way thru to the ceiling of top floor from here. If I have a wine rack here, is it gonna collect dust from above?Thank you guys for the help.

I like the idea of a dumbwaiter. Perhaps it's a bit too much of a project though?
This would be an ideal space to hang some sculptural wall art or a really long chandelier or a really stunning wallpaper just on that wall or some sort of light sculpture, perhaps different coloured led tubes mounted on the wall (don't ask me the hows and whats, not a clue, but I'm sure someone who understands technical things like that will tell you if that's possible or not)
