Yours is a little larger than mine, but my tree is only in it's second leaf. Very good fig.

Here is a not so common double that came out in 2013 and ripened on barbentane parent.

This can become a very big tree. I don't see how you grow it in a container, especially in Chicago. You must have a professional grade hand truck and a lot of muscles

Its quite simple by yearly limb pruning and 2-3 year root pruning which i do with all my fig trees.

They are grown in 30g containers and moved with an old type hand truck that elderly neighbor gave to me, nice thing about its wheels is they that have ball bearings.
