    5,800 SF living space... There are two separate upstairs in the house... One over the garage with balcony that overlooks the driveway/front and secondly, a media room that overlooks the living room with a interior balcony.

    Do you have any more exterior/interior pics on this build? Also, would you happen to know what it cost to build this exact home? I know there are a lot of factors that could fluctuate the cost.

    I think the cost for this home was close to $540k. The contractor used "lower end" subs who actually did a good job but it took longer to build. It's a trade-off to get what the owner wanted and stay within a truly restrictive budget.

    My wife and I really like this design and would love to see the floor plans on this one and interior pics, which we already have a few ideas for our floor plan.
