Anyone sewn with sunbrella surlast?

I am considering making a slipcover for a parson chair and would like to try it with sunbrell a surlast fabric.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Buy 1/4 yard and practice with it in your machine. Try different seams and stuff and see if it will drive you nuts.

It is stiff and not easy to sew with for some people.
