My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm only 80 percent complete, struggling what to what with the remainder of the white.

    White is ok if that's the trim for your house. Or you could pick a gray from the shingles and trim the door frame in that. Would go all one color, though, not stripes like the current black and white...

    What do you mean the "current black and white? There is onyx, silver grey, white, and the yellow? Do you not like the lack blocking?
