My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does anyone here have experience with a small OS? We only number about ten or less active members. I'm on a committee charged with finding individuals to serve as new officers and we are having no luck finding anyone willing to serve as Pres & V. Pres. Our members are either too busy with job demands or seniors dealing with illness.

any thoughts or suggestions?

    We have society that is a bit bigger than yours but we have those problems as well. Its always the same members doing the same jobs.
