I have this dilemma about where to place and how to structure my kitchen space before my apartment gets actually developed, as it hasn't been built yet, and so, for now I still have chance to modify and do any structural changes in my apartment. Actually I have an open plan kitchen/living dining, and I do have a 3rd option where to place the kitchen from the ones I will show here. In the 2 options I'm showing here, the kitchen is placed at the back of my open plan space, and thus in the 2 scenarios, the living/dining area will be at the front of my open space.

In the 3rd option, my kitchen can be placed at the very front of my open plan, that is close to the terrace, but I decided to rule out this, as I prefer to place my living/dining area at the front of the open space.

Pls help! any kind of feedback will be greatly appreciated.
