My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I found the pendent lights on sale at Restoration Hardware Outlet for $150 each. I believe they are the 14" Clemson Classic.

      rcpete14 GREAT KITCHEN! Like GOODFELLAS CONSTRUCTION, I love all the added cabinet space in your remodel. And I agree with Design Everest Consulting Engineers- the flooring is stunning. It was so fun to see inside the large cabinet- I thought I'd see more of a baking center, but was pleasantly surprised to see so many adorable pieces. It looks like a creative and delightful place to have a breakfast buffet or tea service area. LOVE THIS!!!!! Well done- enjoy! ;)
