Hi, my trusty 15 year old Thermador professional double convection wall oven died recently. Of course, it's the electronics and the parts needed cannot be had.

So I need a new wall oven. This has got to be the most frustrating appliance search ever, but if the reviews are hard to come by and inconsistent.

I had narrowed it down to some version of the Thermador- either the MED302JP or the Thermador Professional, or a GE Monogram, probably the top of the line model. Reliability matters (obviously), parts availability matters (which is why I tend to focus on stateside brands), resale matters (I don't plan on moving for 7 to 8 years but at this price point, buyers expect certain level of appliances) and looks matter (it's a traditional kitchen I prefer the pro-look or the Euro-look). If price was no issue I suppose I'd get a Miele, but it's too rich for me. Any advice?
