My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No, wool does not do well with moisture at all. This rug would need to be professionally cleaned; or if you need to spot clean, it use cold water and clear dish soap to remove the stain, then blot away as much moisture as you can when you are done. If you want a rug that you can hose off to clean, I'd look for an outdoor rug made from polypropylene!
