It seems to depend a lot on location :-) Deer in some areas have much broader appetites than those living in other places. And what other common deer fodder is available will also have a bearing. Snowberry is a native here and seems to be mostly ignored by deer. And beautyberry also does not seem to be high on their list of favored plants. Doesn't mean they won't sample but I wouldn't describe either as 'deer candy'.

Callicarpa dichotoma (I have 'Issai') has been completely deer resistant for me. In addition, it experiences so much dieback in most winters that I cut it to stubs every spring and still get fast and total regrowth and heavy berry production. So even if they nibbled it in winter, it wouldn't matter.

In my garden deer have never bothered any of those three shrubs you listed. I don't ever recall even a nibble on them, and they usually like to sample almost everything out on the buffet.

A doe and her two spotless fawns happily savored a nice early breakfast of beautiful purple beautyberries this morning (6 Oct 2023) in my yard in southeastern PA. Although my deer appreciate beautyberries, they absolutely love tulips, hostas and apples.
