I would call in a local pro to help you! First of all, if you are going to try to install the track, you need to know info. about the ceiling and what the condo restrictions are. Typically the ceiling in a condo is concrete and there are many restrictions. Exp.-the size of screw that can be drilled into the ceiling. Also, you would need a hammer drill for this type of install. You also need to think of how you get the rods up to the location. Sometimes there are limitations due to how they constructed the condo- tight stairwells, elevator ceilings that don't come off. These are just some things to think of, so that you have no surprises!

In regards to tracks, I would recommend either Kirsch Architrac system or KS track system. I would also recommend the ball bearing carriers if you have this option. They glide smoother. You could do 2 tracks and butt them in the center if you do split stack. I prefer wand drawn. Ripplefold style drapes are very popular right now. Pros are - have the smallest stack back and can use the least amount of fabric.

While the Ikea track system is a great economical solution, on a window this wide, it could become a little cumbersome with all the tracks that you would need to mount to the ceiling. You can only have 3 stacking panels on one track. ( I know, as I installed this track in my basement to separate 2 spaces). Hunter Douglas makes a great sliding track system, Skyline, with an exclusive bottom connector. The Hunter Douglas Track system uses one track, the panels lock together on the bottom so all move together and stay in their slot, come in many different fabrics, and is a more affordable solution from Hunter Douglas. I have used this product in condos many times.
