I am having a recollection of seeing "raspberry" and "Raspberry Sundae" consecutively on a PSA plant sale list. At the time I was not sure if it was an administrative error or that ubiquitous "Lost in Translation Thailand Grower's Naming Game" to do "sounds like...." and never looked back until now.

Best Example ever: "Attack Gold" instead of "Aztec Gold."

Sorry but I cannot provide any direct/experience advice on "Raspberry."

MPG is good but JJ sells rooted in a pot.

Dupefl- I guess if I were to get Raspberry I'd want to do the cutting. I like the challenge. But as you suggested want to avoid those that are notoriously difficult. Thanks for pointing out the alternative though.

I like seeds, rooting cuttings and buying rooted cuttings... A have some of all.

I would wait to the spring unless planning on rooting it inside on a mat and under a light.

Got my Raspberry today from MPG- and as usual he gives me amazing cuttings. Asked for a single tip but he gave me a HUGE double plus two big Mysteries too. They're all potted with stakes and looking good. Where do you buy your rooted cuttings?

What growth- just gorgeous! I also bought a Divine from JJ's 2 months ago and the leaves are a lot smaller, and not as green as yours. Wish I'd been smart enough to take an arrival photo so I could compare now and then, like you've done. As I mentioned in another thread I have "Gift Certificate for Jungle Jack's" on my Amazon wish list in hopes that my kids will oblige at Christmas/birthday. Thanks for the photos :)
