Cork question

Is this cork product as soft underfoot as standard cork, or does the photo top layer and click system make for a firmer foot fall?

It is a slightly firmer...but then again, ALL CORK FLOORS are firm. The firmness equates to linoleum. This floor is not much different. I work on our cork floating floors all the time. I can feel very little difference between a 4mm cork glue down tile, our 11mm floating floor (traditional) and the 11mm printed cork (seen above). They all have the same amount of "cork" (4mm = 4mm = 4mm).

Adding 6mm cork underlay will certainly add comfort. Which is to be expected...more cork = more comfort.
