My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is an original oil by a local painter in Pasadena, CA. It was of a couple walking down Miller's Alley. It reminded me of my parents. It was taken out on consignment from "Tirage" Art Gallery in Pasadena. Everybody who saw it loved it. I did eventually return it because this homeowner did not want to purchase it.
